Customers do not like the direct load control program and are willing to pay a higher <br /> price to charge their vehicle when needed. <br /> • Range anxiety is still an issue today. The charging infrastructure is gaining momentum, <br /> but there are still vast areas with limited access to charging facilities. <br /> • Electric vehicles experience a loss of up to 30% in sub-zero conditions. <br /> • Electric vehicle drivers are very technologically advanced so a social media platform is <br /> helpful for communicating with them. <br /> • Customers prefer to charge at home during off-peak hours.
