Adoption of additional defi- <br />nitions for various residential and <br />institutional uses to combine like <br />uses, clarify residential uses, sep- <br />arate educational, religious, and <br />healthcare uses from the current <br />"institutional use" definition and <br />adopt a new definition of "Residen- <br />tial Facility". <br />2. Remove uses that are no <br />longer relevant or have been de- <br />termined not to be the highest and <br />best use with a given zoning dis- <br />trict. <br />3. Make some conditional uses <br />that are not anticipated to nega- <br />tively affect the public health, safe- <br />ty, and general welfare of residents <br />permitted uses. <br />4.
