The Interim Use Permit will expire August 19, 2024. <br /> 2. No Montessori Charter School functions may occur in temporary structures. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> The property is zoned R1-a Single Family Residential and is <br /> surrounded by large lot single-family residential lots. The R1-a <br /> district requires a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Institutional <br /> Uses (religious institutions). <br /> The applicant is requesting an Interim Use Permit (IUP) to operate a <br /> Montessori Charter School (MCR) in the River of Life Church. The CR 33 <br /> applicant's desire is to construct their own facility in the future, but <br /> they are requesting an IUP for a period of five years,providing them <br /> with the time needed to locate and develop a permanent facility. <br /> RR <br /> The MCR will lease approximately 8,000 square feet on the north <br /> Hwy 10 <br /> half of the building,which is already setup for classroom/school <br /> CR 12 <br /> uses. During normal school days/hours,those spaces will be <br /> dedicated to MCR activities.
