The Interim Use Permit will expire August 19, 2024. 2. No Montessori Charter School functions may occur in temporary structures. Background/Discussion The property is zoned R1-a Single Family Residential and is surrounded by large lot single-family residential lots. The R1-a district requires a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Institutional Uses (religious institutions). The applicant is requesting an Interim Use Permit (IUP) to operate a Montessori Charter School (MCR) in the River of Life Church. The CR 33 applicant's desire is to construct their own facility in the future, but they are requesting an IUP for a period of five years,providing them with the time needed to locate and develop a permanent facility. RR The MCR will lease approximately 8,000 square feet on the north Hwy 10 half of the building,which is already setup for classroom/school CR 12 uses. During normal school days/hours,those spaces will be dedicated to MCR activities. They will also have access to, on a -� periodic basis, the gym/sanctuary area, and more frequently, the outdoor facilities on the property.
