These <br />costs include the following: <br /> <br />· Existing wall demolition and space preparation <br />· Modular furniture takedown, re-installation, and move of contents <br />. Move of phone system <br />. Data and phone wiring <br />· Network server room infrastructure <br />. Electrical wiring <br />· Design services and move coordination <br /> <br />Early lease negotiations included this $70,000 amount as an amortized cost to be paid back <br />over the life of the lease with interest. As lease negotiations progressed, however, this <br />amortized amount was reduced to approximately $47,000, thereby reducing the amount subject <br />to future interest. The amount over $47,000, or up to $23,000 in move costs, will have to be <br />paid in full as they occur. The project management team will keep these costs as low as <br />practical. <br /> <br />Action Requested: That the Executive Committee/Capital Budget Committee recommends <br />that the NCDA authorize the Executive Director to spend up to $23,000 for <br />Northstar Project Office move expenses. <br />
