In the case of a death of a city employee or an immediate family member of <br />employee, the City of Elk River shall contribute a monetary token of $50.00 to the <br />family of the deceased. The $50.00 can be used for flowers, cash, or memorial. <br /> <br />2. City employee shall include an employee of any department of the city and whose <br />wage is paid by the City of Elk River. <br /> <br />,3. Immediate family shall include spouse, children, parents and brothers and sisters. <br /> <br />4. Upon the death of an employee or an employee's immediate family member, the <br />employee should notify the City Clerk.
