27 <br />Recommended Improvements <br />This section describes and illustrates the proposed improvements for the CSAH 13/TLR Corridor. These improvements have been <br />broken into three categories: <br />• Segment Improvements <br />• Intersection Improvements <br />• Non-motorized Improvements <br />Complete quantitative data collected to assess existing roadways function and test improvements with forecasted conditions can <br />be found in the Existing Conditions and Forecasted Conditions Memorandums (Appendix III and Appendix IV). Corridor issues <br />LGHQWL¿HGE\WKHSXEOLFFDQEHIRXQGLQWKH3XEOLF,QSXWVHFWLRQRIWKLVGRFXPHQWDQGAppendix I: Public Engagement Meeting <br />Summaries. <br />Improvement Drivers <br />It is important to note that the proposed improvements along the corridor are primarily safety driven rather than capacity driven. <br />The coming years will bring several area circulation changes, with the TH 169 Improvements funded through Corridors of <br />&RPPHUFHEHLQJDSULPDU\GULYHURIWKHVHFKDQJHV$JRDORIWKLVVWXG\ZDVWRHQVXUHWKDWLPSURYHPHQWVLGHQWL¿HGDORQJ7ZLQ <br />Lakes Road/CSAH 13 be long-term solutions rather than reactive solutions to potential construction disruptions to the area. It <br />is strongly believed that the improvements listed in this document will be appropriate following the completion of the TH 169 <br />improvements. <br />Segment Improvements <br />The following table summarizes the segment improvements as recommended in this study.
