We <br /> received four proposals ranging in price from $569,800 to $1,106,329. <br /> Staff recommends awarding the work to the team of Hakanson Anderson&Kimley Horn. The proposed <br /> work will be split into three phases: preliminary design/traffic analysis, final design, and construction <br /> administration/inspection. <br /> The contract amount of$246,800 is for the preliminary design/traffic analysis phase. We anticipate bringing <br /> a contract amendment back for the remaining two phases at their respective time. <br /> The estimated cost for the final design phase is $138,000 and for construction administration/inspection is <br /> $185,000.
