During the 2018 comprehensive ordinance amendment for all commercial and industrial <br />zoning districts (OA 18-03), residential districts were not included as these districts were to be looked at <br />later. <br /> <br />Staff would like to include the residential district amendments along with the references to institutional <br />uses concurrently to save on publication costs.
