<br />6-18-73 on down town parking lot project. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 4-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Mills will contact Mag Johnson for the purpose of obtaining a 30' easement right away <br />on Fawn Ave. in Elk Hills Addition. <br /> <br />Mayor Lundberg will neigotate with the downtown business men for the purpose of ~ <br />obtaining a 5 year lease agreement on the employees parking lot at a cost of $75.00 <br />per space per year. <br /> <br />Bob Olson requested $25.00 expense monies to attend the Chief of Police Fall Ass'n <br />meeting Oct. 5, 1973 the Council requested that Mr. Olson submit program schedule of the <br />meeting by Oct. 1, 1973 for Council review. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilman Syring and seconded by Councilman Hudson authorizing the expenditure <br />of $165.00 to the Street Dept. to purchase a hydraulic floor jack and a creeper. Motion <br />unanimously carried by a vote of 4-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Otto had to leave. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilman Syring and seconded by Councilman Hudson authorizing the expenditure <br />of $2,000.00 for the construction of the new Village dog pound to be located at the <br />Disposal Plant. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 3-0. <br /> <br />The Council was in agreement that the Planning Commission should take over the task of <br />considering hirering a planner for the Village for the purpose of planned annexation and <br />consolidation. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilman Syring and seconded by Councilman Hudson approving adoption of the <br />resolution entitled "Declration of World Citizenship". A copy of the resolution is attached. <br />Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 3-0. <br /> <br />The Council reviewed the 1974 Annual Village Budget no final figures were adopted at <br />this time. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Moved by Councilman Hudson and seconded by Councilman Cooper approving the Muncipal Liquor <br />Store bills for payment as listed. A copy of the list is attached. Motion unanimously <br />carried by a vote of 3-0. <br /> <br />No further business the meeting adjourned at 12:30 AM. <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />
