<br />Elk River Legion Club Ha.nager Hike Hurfin meet with the Council and reCluested a change in <br />the closing hours from Monday thru Thursday for all Liquor and Beer Establishments from <br />12:00 pm. to be extended to 1:00 am. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilman Hudson and seconded by Councilman Otto to resend the 12:00 pm. closing <br />hour requirements for Liquor and Beer Establishments and extend the closing hour requir- . <br />ement to 1:00 am. Motion unaminously carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Bartelt appointed Duane Becklin and Gene Schuldt to the 1972 Fark Board. <br /> <br />The Council advised John MacGibbon Village I~ttorney to set up the Fire Bonds redemptions <br />for equal amounts over the 20 year period. <br /> <br />The Council authorized the Street Departments request for the purchase of a steam generator. <br /> <br />The Council instruct~d the Liouor G-eJflJ'li.:tt~eto ;'esolve the wage -and egui}Jllltm t requests of <br />the Hunicipal Liquor&t-ere. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilman Syring and seconded by Councilman Hudson to accept and approve the <br />Police Car Specification as submitted and to include the equipment change over costs and <br />the Clerk-Treasurer is authorized and directed to give notice to call for bids to be opened <br />April 3, 1972 at 8:30 pm. in the Village Council Chambers. Motion unaminously carried. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilman Otto and seconded by Councilman Syring authorizing the registration <br />fee of $,h5.00 plus ~i:25.00 expenses to bob Olson to attend the Police Chiefs Training <br />institute.
