<br />wi.th the three employees in'trolved, re-
<br />ported that the employees would agree to
<br />a settlement of $1,200.00 each for Mr.
<br />1ilirtz and Mr. Zdenek and $1,000.00 for
<br />Mrs. 'Zdenek. They would then submit
<br />voluntary resignations.

<br />and authorizing the Clerk-Treasurer to
<br />grant terminal wage pe.yments of $1,200.00
<br />each to Wirtz and Zdenek and $~,OOO.OO to
<br />Barbara Zdenek. Motion unaminously carried.
