280577 <br />(02) Permanent street surfacing, including curbs, gutters and <br />driveway approaches (Permanent Street Improvements); <br />(03) Storm sewers, when determined to be necessary by the <br />City, including all necessary catch basins, ditches, inlets, <br />retention areas and other appurtenances (Storm Sewer <br />Improvements); <br />(04) Street name signs and such other traffic control signs <br />and street lights within the subdivision determined to be <br />necessary by the City (Street Sign and Light Improvements). <br />3.) Installation of Improvements - The Improvements will be <br />installed at Developers expense by the Developer as hereinafter <br />provided. <br />(01) Types - The Developer will construct and install at <br />Developers expense the following Improvements according to the <br />following terms and conditions: <br />Description of Improvement <br />Streets, including Curb and Gutter <br />Storm Sewer <br />Street Sign and Lights <br />Total Estimated Costs of Improvements <br />(02) Comr-Aletion Date - All Improvements shall be completed <br />not later than May 17, 1994. <br />(03) alb roval of Contractor - Any contractor(s) selected by <br />the Developer to construct and install any Improvement must be <br />determined by the City to be acceptable and approved in <br />writing. <br />(04) Construction Plans - The construction, installation, <br />materials and equipment shall be in accordance with the plans <br />and specifications prepared by John Oliver and Associates, and <br />approved by the City Engineer. Such plans and specifications <br />shall be based upon such engineering surveys, including soil <br />borings and material tests, determined to be necessary by the <br />City Engineer. <br />(05) Sur)ervision and City Services - Construction and <br />installation plans and activity shall be reviewed by and <br />subject to the supervision of the City. Developer will cause <br />the contractor(s) to furnish the City with a schedule of <br />proposed operations at least five (5) days prior to the <br />commencement of construction of each type of Improvement. <br />City shall inspect all Improvements during and after <br />construction for compliance with approved specifications. <br />Developer will notify the City Engineer at such times during <br />construction as the City Engineer requires for inspection <br />purposes. <br />2. <br />
