City Council Minutes <br />May 17, 1993 <br />------------- <br />0 East Highway 10 Utilities <br />Page 17 <br />The City Council discussed the issue of the WWTS expansion and <br />extending utilities along East Highway 10. It was the consensus of the <br />Council to hold an informational meeting regarding this issue for <br />property holders up to 171st Avenue. <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER <br />CITY COUNCIL ON JUNE 15, 1993, 7:00 P.M., AND DIRECTED STAFF TO PREPARE <br />A LIST OF PROPERTY HOLDERS ALONG EAST HIGHWAY 10 TO 171ST AVENUE AND <br />NOTIFY THESE INDIVIDUALS OF THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that he would be meeting <br />with the developers of the Barnier property and may have an <br />opportunity to negotiate a park for the Barnier and Nord properties. <br />11. Check Register <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE CHECK REGISTER. <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0/ <br />12. Adjournment <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO <br />ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION.
