There is a <br />map attached to this memo showing the affected property. <br />017PP17TPW <br />Mr. Gow is proposing to subdivide a 40 acre parcel creating 6 <br />lots served by private septic and well. The 6 lots use 17 <br />acres of the 40 acre parcel. A future development plan for the <br />remainder of the 40 acres is shown but this should not be <br />considered a preliminary plat review of those future lots. Mr. <br />Gow is also requesting a variance on the maximum length of a <br />dead-end road to construct a 1,235 foot road. <br />LOT SIZES <br />The property is zoned R-la/single-family residential. The <br />minimum lot size required is 2 1/2 acres exclusive of <br />right-of-way; all of the lots meet this requirement.
