<br />~ <br /> <br />:) <br /> <br />EHPLOYEE CODE CONTINUED <br /> <br />6) Causes consist of the following: incompentence of inefficency, <br />Violation of safty rules, disregard for authority and willfull <br />failure to follow orders, deceit, or falsecification of records, <br />Theft, Intoxication or use of intoxiating liquor on the job, <br />and after the second notice of Garnishment if the Village desires. <br /> <br />7) GROUP HOSPITALIZATION AND HAJOR 1-1EDICAL PLAN <br /> <br />This insurance is the Village of Elk River's plan carried with <br />the Minn. Blue Cross and M.I. I.. The Village pays the cost <br />for its employees, who participate only. If the employee <br />desires, they have the opportunity to buy additional <br />coverage for their dependents at scheduled cost to them. <br />The plan provides for hospital, Medical and Surgical benefits. <br /> <br />Councilman Hudson moved and Councilman Syring seconded the motion that the <br />Village of Elk River renew their aggreement with the North Suburban Mutual <br />Aid Association. Motion unanimously carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Syring moved and Councilman Hudson seconded the motion that the <br />Council proceed with the preliminary reports on sewer extensions and water <br />lines for the Industrial Park and the Upland Heights Plat. Motion unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br />The Council agreed to allow the liquor store manager a rr~un of $20 for each <br />new stool purchased for the liquor store. <br /> <br />The Council agreed that the color of new uniforms purchased by the Elk River <br />Police personnel shall be blue. Also, the officers must use their own clothing <br />allowance to purchase the blues. ~~ fl ~ <br /> <br />No further business, the meeting adjourned. Village Clerk-Trease <br />
