May 26,2019 <br />My name is Anthony Crandell, I have done a few projects at the 19101 Zebulon St. NW <br />residence of Karen Randall. Most recently the build of the garage in 2019. <br />We built the garage in January through February, being dark by 5PM so we were done <br />long before any noise ordinance would be in effect. The customer was very on top of <br />making sure that there be no disturbances to the neighbors, that the area was organized <br />and cleaned up appropriately. <br />I've also worked in the house on the installation of a new exterior door to the back of the <br />property. Ms. Randall has told me of the complaint from the neighbors and in my <br />experience on site as well as in the house, I have not experienced any issue of constant <br />barking from their dogs. In fact, in my interaction with the animals, they seemed well <br />behaved and well cared for as well as friendly. <br />
