When I called the deputy he told me he had received an animal complaint which was for a residence in Elk River's city limits. At approximately 1420 hours I stopped in at 19101 Zebulon Street and met with dog owner Karen Marie Randall, DOB/11-8-70 and an unidentified son. I stood out on the front step and the front door was open ninety degrees. I didn't notice a smell coming from inside the residence. I advised Ms. Randall why I was there and asked her how many dogs she has. She told me she has a Mastodor and a Mastiff mix which she told me have there own yard and she gestured around the north side of the residence. She then told me she has seven small dogs, Pomeranian type dogs.
