roles and responsibilities and a review of their vision, mission, and values. The <br />organizational evaluation was comprised of two parts. First, we conducted a strengths, <br />weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis to assess organization health <br />relative to the operating environment. Second, we conducted a start, stop, more, less <br />analysis to assess priorities. Then we identified themes and used an affinity process to <br />focus initiatives which were then ranked through weighted voting. Overall, the session <br />was very productive.
