Closed sales across the metro came in at historical highs, with a total of 4,645 closed sales for the <br />13-County area, up 2.3% over last year. Anoka County closed sales increased 5.5% to 463, and Sherburne <br />County sales went up 3.6% to 175. Median sale prices also continued to climb, up 6.7% to $224,000 in the metro <br />area. Median sale prices in Anoka County were recorded at $226,000, up 10.3% from April 2004.
