The Contract Price <br /> is comprised of the Lump Sum and Unit Price items listed in Exhibit A. <br /> Article 4 <br /> The Contract Time for Substantial Completion of the Work is 107 days and may only be changed by a <br /> Modification. Interim milestones, if any, are set forth In Exhibit A. Time is of the essence. <br /> Article 5 <br /> The amount of liquidated damages for Owner's extended site representation and inspection that Contractor <br /> agrees to pay Owner for each day Contractor fails to achieve Substantial Completion within the Contract <br /> Time is$1,500 per day.
