SECTION 01110-SUMMARY OF WORK <br /> PART 1-- GENERAL <br /> 1.1 PROJECT LOCATION <br /> A. The project is located in City of Elk River. The project location is shown on the vicinity map in the design <br /> drawing set. <br /> 1.2 NOTICE TO PROCEED AND PROJECT COMPLETION <br /> A. All construction described in these contract documents shall be completed by the completion day specified. <br /> Anticipated Notice to Proceed Date:June 1,2019 <br /> Substantial Completion Date:September 1,2019—Schedule A-Public Improvements <br /> Final Completion Date: September 15,2019 <br /> B. Failure to meet the completion date stated for the project may be cause for liquidated damages associated <br /> with engineering,consulting and construction oversight. The extent of construction oversight will be at the <br /> discretion of the OWNER. <br /> 1.3 HOURS OF OPERATION <br /> A. Contractor's Operations shall be limited to the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (Central Daylight Time), <br /> Monday through Friday, unless prior arrangements are made with Owner. <br /> 1.4 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENT <br /> A. Work of this Contract is comprised of general construction of a leachate conveyance system from the <br /> landfill at 22460 Highway 169 Northwest, Elk River,Sherburne County, Minnesota,to the sanitary sewer <br /> collection system for the City of Elk River. The site is an active landfill facility and road access and right of <br /> way must be given to refuse hauling vehicles at all times unless specific directions to the contrary are given <br /> by the OWNER. <br /> B.
