As we discussed in our phone conversation on <br />1/15/02, if an easement is to be, reduced to the exact boundaries of a wetland it is <br />the property owner's responsibility and expense to detennink; whi at is wetland. <br />The city will not vacate any pot tion of the easement that is determined to be <br />wetland.
