Open Forum <br /> Adam Benson, 11440 193rd Ave NW, asked the council to consider adding a <br /> fourway stop sign at the intersection of 193rd Ave NW and Dodge St NW. <br /> 6.1 Introduction of New Employee Jenna Fabish <br /> Mr. Femrite introduced Assistant City Engineer Jenna Fabish. <br /> Council welcomed Jenna to the city. <br /> 6.3 Library Annual Report <br /> Ms. Schacke presented the Libra Annual Re ort. <br /> Mayor Dietz asked where they were finding funding for increased programming. <br /> Ms. Schacke responded they were using some legacy funds as well as donations for <br /> supplies and staff led programs to save money. <br /> Mayor Dietz asked if they were hiring outside story time resources. <br /> Ms. Schacke said some of the story times were led by outside resources and one was <br /> led by her. <br /> Mayor Dietz asked if other branches in the Great River Regional Library system had <br /> purchased extra hours. <br /> Ms. Schacke said some other branches had added hours. <br /> Mayor Dietz asked if the circulation qualified us to add extra hours. He wanted to <br /> make sure if we qualify for hours we are not being penalized. <br /> Ms. Schacke said she would have to check on the answer. <br /> Mayor Dietz asked for clarification on the heat map numbers. <br /> Ms. Schacke clarified the heat map indicated the number of items checked out during <br /> that hour.
