Improvements to structures, outdoor spaces and the landscaping are important elements for <br />consideration. <br />One application was received this month: <br />Die Concepts, Inc. <br />■ Fred and Sherri Trapp owners of Die Concepts, Inc., realized their vision in 2016 to renovate the <br />building off of Line Avenue and Twin Lakes Road. This property had previously been occupied <br />by an industrial user.
