SCHEDULE 2-STANDARD CONTRACTS <br /> Attachment VII: Assignment of Interconnection Agreement <br /> This is an Assignment of Interconnection Agreement ("Agreement"). <br /> There is an Interconnection Agreement, including any and all Attachments thereto including <br /> any and all amendments ("Agreement") by and between <br /> , a municipal utility existing under the laws of the State of <br /> Minnesota, ("Area EPS Operator"), and , <br /> ("Assignor") originally signed by the Area EPS Operator on for a <br /> Distributed Energy Resource (DER) described as follows: <br /> DER System Information <br /> Type of DER System: <br /> Capacity Rating of System (AC): <br /> Limited Capacity Rating (AC): <br /> Address of DER System: <br /> The Assignor intends to convey its interest in the above-referenced DER to <br /> ("Assignee"), and the Assignor intends to assign the Agreement <br /> to the Assignee. <br /> Upon the execution of this Assignment by the Assignor, Assignee and the Area EPS Operator, <br /> agree as follows: <br /> 1. Capitalized Terms. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the <br /> meanings set forth in the Agreement. <br /> 2. Consent to Assignment.The Assignor hereby irrevocably assigns the Agreement in all <br /> respects to the Assignee and the Assignee accepts the assignment thereof in all <br /> respects. <br /> 3.
