Zachary <br />Subject: [EXTERNAL] Victoria Drive Land Split <br />Date: Tuesday, April 30, 2019 9:05:42 AM <br />Hi Zach, <br />As a follow up to our conversation yesterday, the following is our request for the division of <br />land for our property at 20655 Victoria Drive NW. <br />This is a request to split off 7.52 acres of our current homestead. It has been brought to our <br />attention that there will need to be two road easements that would have to be dedicated in <br />order to accomplish this which reduces the size of our homestead by approximately 3 acres. <br />In addition, we were informed that there will need to be a northly west bound easement that <br />would need to be created on either our land or the adjoining property. At this point, we <br />request that this easement be placed on the property directly north of our property. The 7.52 <br />acre piece could be split evenly into three, 2.5 acre lots in the future and if the northly <br />easement is placed on our property, that would not be possible. SInce we are already donating <br />3 acres of our 21 acres, we would appreciate not having to donate anything further. It also <br />would hinder the split of the land and may not make it feasible to do.
