After revenues collected and SCORE monies are <br />subtracted, from the cost to the city for these events was $10,588.87, which will be paid <br />for from landfill abatement funds. <br /> <br />A roll-off container for scrap metal was supplied by GreenMan Technologies at no cost. <br />GreenMan's payment for this service is the scrap metal. Elk River Cub Scout Troop 99 <br />collected the auto batteries as a fund raiser for their group at no cost to the city. <br />
