Setup will occur on June 22nd <br />and 23rd. The tent will be taken down on Monday, June 27th, <br /> <br />There will not be any traffic conflicts with the proposed boat sales tent and the existing <br />temporary greenhouse located in the parking lot. <br /> <br />1. The tent and the area around the tent be maintained free of debris and kept in <br />an orderly condition. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Council approve the request for a general planning permit <br />to allow Rapid Sport Marine Center to set up a tent on Coborn's property with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />2. The location of the tent shall be consistent with the submitted site plan. <br /> <br />3. The tent shall be removed within one day of the end of the sales period and <br />the site be returned to its previous condition. <br /> <br />4.
