The signs on the north side <br />of the building would help dress up what is the rear of the building. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend approval of the request to <br />amend the Elk River Crossing PUD Agreement to allow wall signs on the north and south <br />elevations for the interior tenants, three wall signs for the end cap tenants and no <br />freestanding sign with the following condition: <br /> <br />1.
