Section 30-938 titled Architect~ral Standards of the City . of Elk RIver Code. of Ordinances shall be amended by adding the following: Sec. 30-938 Architectural stan- dards. , (2) Exterior building finish. a. In the C-l, C-2 & C-3 districts the exterior building finish shall' consist of at least two of the exte- rior building finishes, per wall: 1. Face brick. 2. Natural stone. 3. ,Architectural Glass. (Le. Curtain Wall) 4. Wood. 5: Stucco. 6. Siding, (metal, fiber-cement or vinyl) 7.
