Your email <br />states “Please withdrawal our 195 unit application for Riverwalk”. <br /> <br />There are currently four pending applications related to the Riverwalk Apartments project, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />EV 18-05 – An Easement Vacation for a portion of the Zane Street R/W <br />P 18-12 – A simple plat establishing property lines for the Riverwalk project <br />ZC 18-05 – A zone change to PUD <br />CU 18-15 – A CUP to establish the PUD for Riverwalk <br /> <br />To be sure that there is no misunderstanding, please confirm, in writing, that you are withdrawing <br />all four applications. If that is the case, I will need a written statement <br />withdrawing the applications associated with case numbers: EV 18-05, P 18-12, ZC 18-05, and <br />CU 18-15.
