EOty1� ,.,�� Request for Action <br /> River <br /> To Item Number <br /> Mayor and City Council 4.6 <br /> Agenda Section Meeting Date Prepared by <br /> Consent March 18, 2019 Zack Carlton,Planning Manager <br /> Item Description Reviewed by <br /> City Land Transfer to Sherburne County Peter Beck, City Attorney <br /> Reviewed by <br /> Cal Portner, City Administrator <br /> Action Requested <br /> Adopt,by motion, a resolution conveying portions of the Cleveland Avenue right-of-way to Sherburne <br /> County to complete a roundabout. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> The city received a portion of the right-of-way at the intersection of Twin Lakes Road and Cleveland <br /> Avenue in June of 2006 as part of the realignment of Cleveland Ave/County Highway 40. <br /> Sherburne County has received funding to construct a roundabout at this intersection and needs the city- <br /> owned property for construction and long-term maintenance of the project. <br /> The property is currently used for right-of-way and will continue to be used as such.
