Mr. Harlicker noted that installation of relocated <br />trees will help break up the north side of the building, as well. <br /> <br />Commissioner Anderson asked where deliveries will be made for the Taco John's restaurant. <br />Mr. Tutt explained that delivery trucks will use the 20-foot wide northerly lane. He noted <br />that there will be adequate room for trucks to drive through and park cars. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pederson asked where the dumpsters would be located. Mr. Tutt explained. <br /> <br />Chair Ropp stated that he felt the applicant has done a good job and that tenant signs on the <br />north side of the building would help to dress up the building. <br /> <br />There being no further public comment, Chair Ropp closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION BY COMMISSIONER PEDERSON AND SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER CURTIS TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE <br />REQUEST BY STM DEVELOPMENT FORA CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO CONSTRUCT A 7,900 SQUARE FOOT MULTI-TENANT BUILDING <br />INCLUDING A ClASS 2 RESTAURANT, CASE NO. CU 04-16, WITH THE <br />FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. ALL COMMENTS OF THE CITY ENGINEER SHALL BE ADDRESSED. <br />2. ALL TREES REMOVED SHALL BE REPLANTED ON SITE AND SHOWN <br />ON THE REVISED lANDSCAPE PLAN. <br />3. lANDSCAPING AROUND THE BUILDING SHALL BE INCLUDED IN A <br />REVISED lANDSCAPE PLAN <br />4. EXTERIOR COLORS AND MATERIALS SHALL BE SUPPLIED PRIOR TO <br />COUNCIL CONSIDERATION. <br /> <br />MOTION CARRIED 6-1. Commissioner Stevens opposed. <br /> <br />6. Other Business <br /> <br />6.1. Update on May 17, 2004 City Council Meeting <br /> <br />Commissioner Lemke provided an update on the May 17, 2004 City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />8. Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, MOVED BY COMMISSIONER ANDERSON AND <br />SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER OFFERMAN TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING.
