THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE MODIFIED TO ADDRESS THE CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY. . 4. THE APPLICANT SHALL POST AND ENFORCE THE CITY OF ELK RIVER'S CURFEW REQUIREMENTS. 5.
