The Planning <br />Commission agreed that the impact statement was a good idea and recommended that it be <br />required for this application and future applications for home salons in areas with private <br />septic systems and wells. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER JENSON MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE <br />REQUEST BY JANETH HARPSTER (ABSOLUTELY YOURS) FORA <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FORA HOME OCCUPATION (BEAUTY <br />SALON), CASE NO. CU 03-01, WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. THE SALON SHALL COMPLY WITH THE BUILDING CODE <br />REQUIREMENTS. <br />2. THE APPLICANT SHALL MEET ALL STATE LICENSING <br />REQUIREMENTS. <br />3. IF ADDITONAL WORKSTATIONS OR EQUIPMENT ARE TO BE <br />ADDED, THE APPLICANT SHALL APPLY FOR AN AMENDMENT <br />TO THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. <br />4. THE APPLICANT SHALL SIGN THE SEPTIC IMPACT <br />AGREEMENT PRIOR TO BEING ISSUED THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER ROPP SECONDED THE MOTION. Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, COMMISSIONER ANDERSON MOVED TO <br />ADJOURN THE MEETING. COMMISSIONER JENSON SECONDED THE <br />MOTION.
