THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED OUTSIDE THE URBAN SERVICE AREA <br />IN THE EXISTING COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. <br /> <br />2. OPPOSITION OF SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER JENSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />6.
