P 00-15 <br /> <br />Staff report by Scott Harlicker. Urista Real Estate has requested preliminary plat <br />approval of Meadow Park 2nd Addition, a replat of Outlot A, Meadow Park, <br />located on the south side of Main Street and west of Carson Street alignment. <br />Mr. Harlicker reviewed the request and stated that staff recommends approval <br />with the conditions listed in the staff report. <br /> <br />Terry Maurer, City Engineer, noted that an existing storm sewer runs diagonally <br />across the southwest corner and along the rear property line. He explained how <br />the drainage would be directed when adjacent properties develop in the future. <br /> <br />Chair Chambers opened the public hearing.
