Venture Pass Partners, LLC – 17994 Zane St. NW <br />nd <br /> Preliminary Plat of ER Ventures 2 Addition, Case No. P 19-01 <br /> <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Chair Johnson opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Dave Carland, President of Venture Pass Partners, LLC, 19620 Waterford Court, <br />Shorewood, thanked staff and the Planning Commission for reviewing their request <br />and indicated a springtime start of the project. <br /> <br />There being no one else to speak, Chair Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Larson-Vito and seconded by Commissioner Jordan <br />to recommend approval of the request by Venture Pass Partners, LLC, for a <br />nd <br />preliminary plat of ER Ventures 2 Addition with the condition that Variance <br />V 19-01 permitting a deviation from the minimum lot size has been approved. <br /> <br />Motion carried 6-0 <br /> <br />4.3 River Walk – 17354 Zane St. NW ~ continued from December 18, 2018 <br /> Zone Change – from FAST to PUD, Case No. ZC 18-05 <br /> Conditional Use Permit to Establish a PUD, Case No. CU 18-15 <br /> <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report and requested these items be continued to the <br />February 26, 2019, Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Chair Johnson stated the public hearing remained open from the previous month’s <br />continuance and asked for a motion that the public hearings be continued for each <br />item until February 26, 2019. <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Thiel and seconded by Commissioner Rydberg to <br />approve the request by Patrick Briggs and Dan Andersen to continue the <br />public hearing for the River Walk Zone Change ZC 18-05 to the February 26, <br />2019, Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Thiel and seconded by Commissioner Rydberg to <br />approve the request by Patrick Briggs and Dan Andersen to continue the <br />public hearing for the Conditional Use Permit CU 18-15 to the February 26, <br />2019, Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br /> <br />
