Homeowner shoots, kills man trying to enter his home <br />According to a spokesperson for the Department of Aging and Disability Services, Educare <br />Community Living Corp. is a licensed ICS (intermediate care facility) for individuals who have <br />intellectual and developmental disability. <br />12/16/18, 12:38 PM <br />In the past three years, DADS said the facility had some minor deficiencies but all of the issues were <br />addressed. <br />DADS said Educare has operated since November 1, 2011.
