Man Charged With Rape Of Disabled Woman In Penryn v CBS Sacramento 12/16/18,12:19 PM <br />pili <br />1,y t,,1 i Sacramento = MENU NEWS WEATHER SPORTS BESTOF t <br />Man Charged With Rape Of Disabled Woman <br />In Penryn <br />By Derek Shore December 13,2012 at 10:16 am Fled Under: Penryn, Placer County Sheriff's Office <br />PENRYN (CBS13) -A man has been arrested and charged with the <br />rape of a disabled woman who was living in a Penryn care facility. <br />CBS13 reported Dec. 6, 2011 that the 34 -year-old woman was six <br />months pregnant and that Placer County Sheriff's Office detectives <br />were investigating the circumstances of her pregnancy. <br />He can stay there and rot for all we care;'said Patricia. <br />Patricia, as she wanted to be known, says she had no clue what her <br />son's friend was accused of - a brutal rape. <br />Marquis X. Montgomery, 22, <br />was arrested in Sacramento <br />County on Wednesday and <br />booked into the Placer County <br />Jail on $150,000 bail. <br />According to Lt. Mark Reed, the <br />sheriff's office has been looking <br />for Montgomery for more than a Marquis Montgomery <br />month and tracked him down in <br />the Elverta area on Wednesday <br />night. <br />Patricia says that Montgomery stayed at her home for about two <br />weeks. <br />We couldn't get rid of him;'she said. <br />The victim, described as severely disabled and blind, was living at <br />the Casa del Mar care facility on Butler Road.
