Res -Care Inc. and Voca of Indiana have offered to pay Patrick's estate $3oo,000. <br />Griffith, the personal representative of the estate, has agreed to accept the amount, the motion added. <br />ne court will consider the motion to settle Monday at 2 p.m. <br />In a separate case, Patrick's family sued Jones for damages.
