Consider <br />I 1 / 14/ 18 Agenda Moved by <br />Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Soltvedt to approve the November <br />14, 2018, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting agenda. Motion carried 7- <br />0. 3.1 <br />Consider 10/3/ 18 Regular PRC Minutes Commissioner Ahlness <br />requested the following change to Item 7.1; change Commissioner Ahlness <br />to Commissioner Rathbun for being on the Woodland Trails Regional Park <br />Committee. Moved by <br />Commissioner Niziolek and seconded by Commissioner Williams to approve the <br />following October 3, 2018 Parks and Recreation Commission Minutes with the suggested <br />changes. Motion carried 7-0. 4. Open <br />Forum - None 5 Riverwalk <br />Apartment Park Concept Mr. Leeseberg <br />presented his staff report. Chair Anderson <br />asked for clarification on what the different colored boundaries meant on the floodplain map. <br />Mr. Leeseberg <br />explained it was required setbacks. Mr. Leeseberg <br />also explained that the map that the Commission had seen two months prior
