<br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />January 26. 1999 <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MEETING. COMMISSIONER MORRIS SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED <br />5-0. <br /> <br />7.1. Uodate on January 19, 1999. City Council Meetina <br /> <br />Scott Harlicker updated the Commissioners on action taken on planning items at <br />the January 19. 1999. City Council meeting. <br /> <br />7.2. Commissioner Thommon Item - Amoco Station Liahtina <br /> <br />Commissioner Thompson questioned whether or not the lighting below the <br />canopy at the new Amoco on Highway 169 and 1971h Avenue was approved as <br />part of the conditional use permit. Commissioner Thompson felt the lighting was <br />very obtrusive and was surprised the resident to the north has not complained <br />since the lighting shines directly onto their property. <br /> <br />Scott Harlicker indicated he would inspect the site and determine whether or not <br />the lighting is conforming. <br /> <br />8. Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business. COMMISSIONER KUESTER MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. COMMISSIONER THOMPSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />.
