Page 4 <br />Regular meeting of the Elk River Municipal Utilities Commission <br />October 9, 2012 <br />a small discrepancy with one of our neighboring providers, however, the state recognizes it as a <br />disputed territory line and we are working with the provider to resolve it. Missouri River has a <br />meeting coming up on October 25`h that Troy will be attending and he invited any of the <br />commissioners to accompany him. The commission asked about the progress on the house to the <br />north of 1639 Main Street and Troy is still working with the current owner on this and the owner <br />is obtaining an appraisal. Troy is working with a management company to rent out the 1639 <br />Main Street location. <br />Theresa informed the commission of an incentive program that Resource Training and <br />Solutions (RTS) is offering its participants by taking an online Health Risk Assessment this year <br />and following up with a Biometrics Assessment the following year. Participants would receive <br />the incentive by having their health insurance premiums reduced by $200 in 2013 and $240 in <br />2014 via payroll. RTS would reimburse ERMU for this premium reduction. <br />The commission asked Dave about the motor he is having replaced, if it was worth <br />having the motor sent in and repaired versus replacing it. Dave said no and explained why not. <br />Mark provided an update that Chad Grande gave his notice and will be done on October <br />19`h. <br />6.2 Set Date for Next Meeting <br />The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Elk River Municipal Utilities Commission will be <br />Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at 3:30 p.m. <br />6.3 Adiourn Regular Meeting <br />Daryl Thompson moved to adjourn the regular meeting of the Elk River Municipal <br />Utilities Commission at 5:35 p.m. Al Nadeau seconded the motion.
