Each Commissioner received a copy of the Natural Resources Inventory Draft Report to reView. Commissioners requested that Mr. Maertz set up a workshop with the City Council and Planning Commission to present the Natural Resources Inventory Draft Report. City Council Member, Dan T viete suggested putting the information on the city website to have available to the public. 9.1A Jackson Street Villas, Case No. P 04-06 Planner/Park Planner, Chris Leeseberg shared with the Commission that park dedication for the Jackson Street Villas has already been taken care of with the original park dedication fees of Lions Park. Director of Parks and Recreation, Bill Maertz shared with the Commission that as part of the developers potential Planned Unit Development they might plant trees in Lions Park. 9.2. Park/Trail Developments A. 2005 Park CIP Prioritizing Director of Parks and Recreation, Bill Maertz shared with the Commission the 2005 Parks Capital Improvement plan. Mr. Maertz set up a work session for November 3, 2004 with the Commission. B. News Articles on Dog Parks and Park Dedication from the 9/30/04 Pioneer Press C. Park Dedication Fund D. Hillside Revenues and Expenditures 10.1. Update on September 20, 2004 City Council Meeting Director of Parks and Recreation, Bill Maertz provided an update on the September 20, 2004 City Council Meeting. 10.2. Update on September 28, 2004 Planning Commission Meeting Commissioner Polston-Hork provided an update on the September 28, 2004 Planning Commission Meeting. 13. Other Business Commissioner Nystom provided an update on the Ditch 31 clean up. Commissioner Niziolek shared with the Commission that he would like to have as a future agenda item the Capital Improvement Plan for County Road 33 and Proctor.
