I just double checked my
January 2012 packet, and there was no memo or documentation for agenda item 3.4 or 3.5. I'm assuming they were
verbal which is kind of out of the ordinary on a consent agenda item. Also when I checked the meeting minutes for that
meeting it states that they approved the consent agenda items: a. December check register; b. December 11,
2011regular meeting minutes; and c. financial reports. So they were possibly presented verbally, and just got missed in
the minutes. Regardless, there is nothing that can be done now, and I think things need to be left as they are as the
agenda was approved as presented which included those two items: the bank designee and newspaper designee.
I am going to dig into 2011, next. If you find that you are missing something, it may work best if you let me know one
year at a time, so that either Tony or I can look them up as we go.
Thanks again for helping audit the utilities packets.
