Homeowner shoots, kills man trying to enter his home 12/16116, 1238 PM <br />....,...amu.. v..v .... uv u....., ..�.�... �.� w,...r v, vi. p......eu uv.. u..0 ... �. .......�....,. .� .... a..v vv q..v w........ ..._.b..-..-. �. <br />According to a spokesperson for the Department of Aging and Disability Services, Educare <br />Community Living Corp. is a licensed ICS (intermediate care facility) for individuals who have <br />intellectual and developmental disability. <br />In the past three years, DADS said the facility had some minor deficiencies but all of the issues were <br />addressed. <br />DADS said Educare has operated since November 1, 2011.
