Investigation Shows Maltreatment of <br />Vulnerable Adults at Residence Facilky <br />Photo: Google Maps <br />August 22, 2017 05:39 PM <br />A Minnesota Department of Human Services investigation concluded four vulnerable adults <br />at a residential facility were forced to use garbage cans after a toilet became plugged, and <br />made to haul that human waste into the trash in the facility's garage. <br />But though maltreatment was substantiated, the report found it was a result of a staff: person <br />not following adequate policies and procedures already in place. And given immediate steps <br />ere taken to address the situation, the report stated no corrective action is being ordered. <br />
