The Locating <br />Department helped the Water Department with the hydrant flushing. <br />2. Mapbooks are in the process of being printed. <br />3. The Metering Department continues with weekly and monthly substation checks, <br />and doing the monthly power bill. The meter change -out program is still <br />continuing as time permits. <br />4. The Security Systems Department had a total of 92 phone contacts, 15 personal <br />visits, 15 systems quoted, 12 sales made, 11 installs completed and 20 service <br />calls for the month of April. <br />5. Staff participated in the Business Expo and had a good tum -out of visitors at the <br />booth. <br />6. Power plant staff has performed the monthly run of the generators. Steve Zeimer <br />is building an off road transformer cart for removing transformers from rear lot <br />lines. <br />7. Fire Chief T.J.Cunningham returned our 800 mghz radios to us. They are <br />programmed and ready to use and he will provide us some training on their use. <br />
