Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council <br />was called to order at 7:07 p.m. by Mayor Dietz. <br />2. Closed Meeting <br />The purpose of the meeting was to discuss labor negotiation strategies and proposals <br />for LELS Local 231, LELS Local 271, and IUOE Local 49 pursuant to MN Statute <br />§13D.03, Subd. 1(b). <br />3.
